So I'm trying to use up stuff in my kitchen, follow the zen cooking tip from my post earlier, and be amazing. I think it's working!
I used this kit for chicken from the deli on some ground turkey I rolled into meatballs - we're calling them herb breaded cheddar meatballs.
Then I cooked down some spinach and onions in some EVOO garlic and pepper. And I cooked some rice.
I think I should've worked on the rice sooner, cooked the spinach less, and maybe figured out some sort of sauce to pull it all together. But it doesn't look too bad!
The bonus?? I have meatballs for spaghetti tomorrow!
Who's coming over for dinner?
