I got home, changed my clothes, and got myself over to the elliptical! I'm so fortunate to have a sweet gym at my apartment. This is my proof that I made it to the cooldown!
I took a close up of my actual progress - the blue line is my actual rpm vs where I should have been for where I was in the set. SOOOO that means all the spots where the blue dips into the orange aren't cool - but I'm so proud of the high peaks! I've just got to learn how to do that and not tank afterward.
If my progress were a stock, I would not advise my clients to invest. I've also been really enjoying my music as I work out alone and rock out to tunes. Everclear, Green Day, even Sister Hazel have been getting me through the moments when 30 seconds feel likes 3 days. It really pumps me up!
